Economic crisis tends to facilitate the appearance of new business opportunities and the consolidation of existing businesses. While established companies tend to be on a favorable receiving end of benefits from government incentives and regulatory process in normal conditions, an economic crisis would likely skew the balance in favor of entrepreneurial firms. Furthermore, while entrepreneurship of necessity dominates the landscape of entrepreneurship in developing countries, economic recovery allows for the appearance of strategic opportunities, thus further facilitating appearance of startups based on entrepreneurship of opportunity. In such environment, perception of the public for entrepreneurship is changed. Understanding how this environment impact types of entrepreneurship, their financing, and their ecosystem is of interest in this conference.

We further welcome other submissions related to entrepreneurship based on the fields of interests on conference website.
